These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Redeyed.com ("Redeyed", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of our websites, AI creator tools, the Sentinel captcha and IP-reputation API, membership subscriptions, the prepaid credits system, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Services, and you must be able to form a legally binding contract. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
Each individual may maintain one account unless we expressly authorize otherwise. Creating accounts to evade suspensions, rate limits, free-tier allowances, or Sentinel reputation decisions is prohibited.
Your use of the Services is subject at all times to our Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The AUP describes prohibited content and conduct, including misuse of the AI tools and abuse of the Sentinel API. A violation of the AUP is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
The Services are offered across membership tiers ranging from Free through Monarch. Paid plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout).
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including any statutory cooling-off rights.
Certain features — particularly compute-intensive AI generations and elevated Sentinel API usage — are metered using credits. Credits may be included with a subscription tier and/or purchased as a prepaid balance.
Our AI creator tools let you submit prompts, files, and other inputs ("Inputs") to produce text, images, and other outputs ("Outputs").
Sentinel is our captcha and IP-reputation service. It evaluates requests using IP addresses and behavioral telemetry to score the likelihood of abuse and to help protect sites that integrate it.
The Services, including our proprietary tools, engines, the Sentinel models, software, designs, logos, and the Redeyed name, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT AI OUTPUTS OR SENTINEL SCORES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case, such warranties are limited to the minimum scope and duration permitted by law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDEYED AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redeyed and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your Inputs or Outputs; (b) your use or misuse of the Services; (c) your violation of these Terms, the AUP, or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — with or without notice — if you violate these Terms or the AUP, if required by law, to protect the Services or other users, or for prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, unused plan-included credits expire, and we may delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redeyed.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. You agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
