This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for Redeyed.com membership subscriptions and prepaid credits. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Paid memberships (up to and including Monarch) are billed in advance for each billing period and renew automatically until cancelled.
Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable once granted. Because credits unlock immediate, compute-intensive AI and Sentinel actions, a credit that has been consumed cannot be refunded, even if the resulting Output does not meet your expectations.
Unused credit balances are likewise non-refundable except where required by statutory cooling-off rights (see below) or where we determine, at our discretion, that a refund is appropriate (for example, a verified billing error or a duplicate purchase). Credits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for money.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with equivalent rights, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day window using the details below.
To request a refund or exercise a cooling-off right, email [email protected] or use our contact page. Please include the email on your account, the transaction date, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your bank. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for charges that are valid under this policy, may result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of remaining credits, and recovery of disputed amounts and associated fees. Fraudulent disputes may also affect your standing under our Acceptable Use Policy.
