This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy" or "AUP") describes what you may and may not do when you use the services provided by Redeyed Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("Redeyed", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies to everyone who accesses our websites, applications, clients, devices, and APIs — including Laboratory, Agents, Sentinel, Recon, Guardian, Shield, and Developer services (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy is part of, and incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Service, and it works together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not use the Services.

1.Purpose & Scope

The Services are powerful tools, and we want them used responsibly. This Policy sets clear, fair boundaries that protect our users, the public, third parties, and Redeyed itself. It applies to all of our Services and to every user — whether you access the Services through a free or paid plan, prepaid credits, the Developer API, or an integration — and it covers everything you do on or through the Services, including the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate.

You are responsible for your own activity and for any activity that occurs under your account or API keys. You must comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws. Violations of this Policy may lead to a range of actions described in Section 8, up to and including suspension or termination of your account, with no refund where the action results from your violation.

2.General Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, encourage, or promote any of the following:

• Illegal activity. Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation, or that would facilitate a violation of law by others.
• Infringing intellectual property. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of others without authorization.
• Fraud and deception. Phishing, scams, deceptive or misleading practices, false impersonation of any person or organization, or any attempt to defraud or mislead others.
• Harassment, threats, and hate. Content or conduct that harasses, bullies, threatens, intimidates, or promotes violence against, or hatred toward, any individual or group, including on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Privacy violations. Collecting, exposing, publishing, or misusing the personal or confidential information of others without a lawful basis or proper authorization, including doxxing.
• Malware and malicious code. Creating, hosting, transmitting, or distributing viruses, worms, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious or harmful code.
• Unauthorized security activity. Scanning, exploiting, disrupting, accessing, controlling, or maintaining persistence in an account, device, application, network, service, or dataset without the owner's express authorization, including credential theft, botnet activity, denial-of-service activity, destructive testing, data exfiltration, or evasion of security and law-enforcement controls.
• Interfering with others. Disrupting, degrading, or interfering with any other person's use of the Services, or with any network, device, or system used to provide them.

3.Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, generate, store, or distribute the following content through the Services:

• Sexual content, and zero tolerance for child sexual content. We prohibit sexual content on the Services. We have zero tolerance for any sexual content that involves, sexualizes, or exploits minors. We will remove such content, terminate the responsible accounts, preserve relevant information, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement as required by law.
• Harassing, hateful, or defamatory content. Content that harasses or degrades an individual or group, incites or promotes hatred, or that is defamatory or knowingly false in a way that harms a person's reputation.
• Content that facilitates violence or serious harm. Content that incites, threatens, glorifies, or provides instructions to carry out violence or terrorism, or that facilitates serious physical harm to people or property.
• Weapons and dangerous instructions. Instructions, designs, or other material intended to create or deploy weapons (including biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear, or explosive weapons) or otherwise to facilitate serious harm.

4.AI Tools — Acceptable Use

Laboratory and the Developer API let you submit prompts and other inputs to Redeyed's own self-hosted models — or, where you select one, to a third-party AI model — to generate text, images, and other outputs, metered by credits. You are solely responsible for the prompts and inputs you submit, for the outputs you generate, and for how you use them. You must have all rights necessary to the inputs you provide. When using the AI tools, you must not:

• Generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by this Policy.
• Impersonate any real person or organization, or create deepfakes, synthetic voices, or synthetic likenesses of a real, identifiable person without that person's clear consent.
• Infringe the trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, or pass off generated content in a way that deceives others as to its source.
• Produce spam, malware, or content designed to mislead, defraud, or compromise others.

AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you must review and verify outputs before relying on or distributing them.

5.Recon & Privacy Tools — Ownership & Consent

Recon is a privacy and consent-based exposure-monitoring service. It helps you find and remove your own exposed personal data and monitor the external exposure of assets you own. It is a defensive, privacy-protective tool — not a tool for investigating, monitoring, or collecting information about other people, systems, or organizations.

If you cannot verify ownership or authorization for an asset, do not add it. We may require re-verification at any time, and we may remove assets and decline monitoring requests that we cannot satisfy ourselves are owned or authorized by you.

6.Sentinel & API — Acceptable Use

Sentinel is our self-hosted CAPTCHA and IP-reputation API for bot and abuse defense, and the Developer API exposes our Services programmatically. When you use Sentinel or any Redeyed API, you must:

• Use the API as documented and within your plan's rate limits and quotas; you must not abuse, flood, or overload the API or the systems behind it.
• Protect your API keys and credentials, keep them confidential, and promptly rotate or revoke any key you believe has been exposed. You are responsible for all activity under your keys.
• Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access except under an authorized written arrangement with us.
• Not circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any security control, verification step, quota, or reputation decision, and not use the Services to help others do so.

7.Guardian, Scans & Optimization

Guardian, device scans, live checks, network diagnostics, and optimization features may be used only on a device or network you own or are expressly authorized to administer. You must obtain the device user's informed permission before initiating a live check or collecting a scan on another person's device.

• Do not falsify, replay, alter, suppress, or misattribute scan results, device profiles, consent records, optimization results, integrity signals, or reports.
• Do not use Guardian to surveil another person, secretly inventory their device, collect credentials or private content, or monitor an employer, school, household member, player, or third party without authority.
• Do not use optimization features to bypass game rules, anti-cheat systems, platform restrictions, security controls, licensing controls, or competitive-integrity measures.
• Do not direct network diagnostics or security tests at systems or networks you do not own or lack written authority to test.
• Do not represent a Guardian result as proof of identity, innocence, regulatory compliance, or the absence of malware, cheats, compromise, or network problems beyond the specific scope and time of the result.

8.Protecting Our Services

To keep the Services safe and reliable for everyone, you must not:

• Attack, overload, flood, or attempt to disrupt our systems, infrastructure, or networks (including through denial-of-service techniques).
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, except to the limited extent permitted by non-waivable law.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Services except through interfaces we provide for that purpose and within their documented limits.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, authentication, usage quotas, metering, or content safeguards we put in place.

9.Prohibited Businesses & Items

Redeyed sells only its own digital software services. You may not use the Services, or any Redeyed account or payment method, to offer, sell, facilitate, or accept payment for any of the following prohibited or restricted categories:

• illegal goods, services, or activity of any kind;
• controlled substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia;
• weapons, ammunition, or explosives;
• adult or sexual content;
• counterfeit, replica, or intellectual-property-infringing goods;
• stolen data, credentials, financial accounts, or personal information offered for sale;
• unlicensed financial, securities, money-transmission, or investment services;
• gambling or games of chance where not lawfully licensed;
• pyramid, Ponzi, or multi-level-marketing schemes; or
• tools, software, or services intended to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data (including malware or offensive-security services).

10.Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor and investigate use of the Services and any suspected violation of this Policy. When we believe a violation has occurred, or to protect our users, the public, or the Services, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including: investigating; removing, disabling, or restricting access to content; throttling or rate-limiting; suspending or terminating accounts, keys, or access; and preserving relevant account, content, access, and audit records.

We will cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, courts, and other competent authorities when required by applicable law, valid legal process, or a legally recognized emergency request. We may disclose responsive information as permitted or required by law, and may report conduct to appropriate authorities where the law requires a report or where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to address an imminent risk of death or serious physical harm. Nothing in this Policy promises that any particular data exists or will be retained beyond our ordinary retention practices unless a lawful preservation duty applies.

Where an account is suspended or terminated because of a violation of this Policy, no refund will be provided for the affected subscription period or for unused prepaid credits. Refunds and cancellations are otherwise governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11.Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating this Policy, or you encounter content or conduct that concerns you, please tell us. Report abuse, intellectual-property and DMCA complaints, and security or vulnerability concerns to [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to locate and assess the issue. We review reports and take action where appropriate, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or response time for every report.

12.Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our Services and the legal landscape evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Changes take effect when posted unless we state otherwise. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
