This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using Redeyed.com responsibly. It applies to all users of our AI creator tools, the Sentinel captcha and IP-reputation API, and every other part of the Services. The AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service, and breaching it is a breach of those Terms.
1.Prohibited Content & Activities
You must not use the Services to create, upload, store, transmit, or distribute content or to engage in activity that:
- Is illegal, or facilitates illegal acts, under any applicable law;
- Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
- Is defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to scam or phish;
- Contains malware, exploits, or code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- Harasses, threatens, bullies, or incites violence or hatred against any person or group;
- Exploits, sexualizes, or endangers minors in any way.
2.Misuse of the AI Tools
The AI creator tools must not be used to generate or amplify:
- Disinformation — coordinated false or misleading content, impersonation, or synthetic media intended to deceive (including non-consensual deepfakes);
- CSAM — child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors, which is strictly forbidden and reported to authorities;
- Harassment — targeted abuse, doxxing, or content created to demean or intimidate individuals;
- IP infringement — content that copies or imitates protected works, trademarks, or a person's likeness without the necessary rights;
- Instructions or material that meaningfully facilitate violence, weapons, self-harm, or other serious harm.
You are responsible for the Inputs you submit and the Outputs you generate and how you use them.
3.Abusing Sentinel & the API
Sentinel is a security service, and abusing it undermines protection for everyone. You must not:
- Scrape Sentinel or the platform, or harvest data through automated means outside the documented API;
- Evade rate limits, rotate keys or IPs to bypass quotas, or otherwise circumvent usage controls;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or game Sentinel's scoring or challenge logic;
- Resell or sublicense API access without an authorized Monarch or white-label arrangement;
- Use Sentinel to surveil individuals unlawfully or for any purpose other than legitimate security and abuse prevention on properties you control.
You must not attack, overload, or interfere with the Services or our infrastructure, including by:
- Launching denial-of-service attacks or sending automated traffic designed to degrade the Services;
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system without our prior written permission;
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems, or bypassing authentication;
- Creating multiple or automated accounts to evade limits, bans, or free-tier allowances.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected] rather than exploiting it.
5.Consequences of Violations
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, issue a warning, throttle or restrict features, remove offending content, suspend or permanently ban your account, forfeit unused credits, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. The action we take depends on the severity and recurrence of the violation.
Abuse routed through Sentinel — including attacks, scraping, and rate-limit evasion — can also negatively affect the reputation of the IP addresses involved, which may lead to those addresses being challenged or blocked across the Sentinel network. If an address has been flagged in error, you can use the Sentinel appeal and recovery process.
6.Reporting Abuse
To report a violation of this AUP, email [email protected] or use our contact page with as much detail as possible.
This AUP works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. We may update it from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
